The protection of digital content is still hotly debated and has been the subject of litigation for quite some time.<\/p>\n

Is the provider of online content provider services, the so-called ISP, liable in case of publication of unauthorised content?<\/p>\n

It depends. In this article published by Technopolismagazine.it we have tried to summarise the cases defined by current case law by which it is possible to distinguish possible wrongdoing, emphasising the relevance of the ISP’s ‘knowledge’ as a decisive element in validating or not its liability.<\/p>\n
