She graduated with honours in 1984 from the University of Milan, received the Daniela Jaeger award for the best thesis in Commercial and Industrial Law, joined the Sena Law Firm in 1984, and has been registered with the Bologna Bar Association since 1990 and with the Special Register of the Court of Cassation since 2003.

She has gained solid and varied experience in IP matters and litigation at national and international level, working alongside Prof. Giuseppe Sena in many industries, from fashion to technology, from design to manufacturing, dealing with patents, trademarks, copyright, advertising and competition.

Passionate, enthusiastic and creative, recognised as one of the most experienced lawyers in intellectual property, Elisabetta collaborates with universities: first with the University of Milan and then with the Milan Polytechnic, as a lecturer in IP for Master’s degrees.

She is also the author of numerous publications in Rivista di Diritto Industriale and Il Diritto Industriale, as well as in the daily press, and is a highly regarded speaker at national and international seminars and conferences.

Member of the INDICAM Board of Directors and the AIPPI Executive Committee – Italian Group, and a member of LES and INDICAM.

Designated as an intellectual property expert by the Chambers of Commerce of Milan, Monza-Brianza and Lodi, and Turin.
