With over 30 years’ experience in all areas of intellectual property, Giancarlo regularly assists clients from a wide range of technological sectors, from pharmaceuticals and biotechnology to electronics and mechanics.
He handles pan-European and international proceedings, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.
He graduated from the University of Milan in 1985 and joined Studio Legale Sena in the same year. Giancarlo has been registered with the Milan Bar Association since 1991 and with the Special Register of the Court of Cassation since 2004.
From 1985 to 2005, he was a lecturer in industrial law at the University of Milan.
Author of various publications and an internationally renowned speaker, he is a member of LIDC (Ligue Internationale du Droit de la Concurrence), AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and INDICAM (Istituto Centromarca per la lotta alla contraffazione).
