Studio Legale Sena e Tarchini, active for more than 60 years and specialised in Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, renews its internal organisation and changes its name to Sena & Partners.
The team of lawyers of the Firm, professionally grown together thanks to a collaboration of many years, is formed by the Partners: Prof. Giuseppe Sena, Giancarlo Del Corno, Francesca La Rocca Sena, Elisabetta Berti Arnoaldi Veli and by the Of Counsel: Paola Tarchini and Claudio Furlani. Over the next few months, the Firm will develop and define the team of collaborators: lawyers and trainees.
In the new structure, younger Partners will be more involved in organisational and management activities, while the supervision of Prof. Sena and Avv. Tarchini in the strategic definition of practices will remain.

Following the continuous and rapid technological development, it has equipped itself with new IT services that facilitate the performance of internal activities and are essential to ensure availability, timeliness, and quality in assisting clients appropriate to our times. As part of a particularly broad and comprehensive range of assistance services in Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, with a historical experience in pharmaceutical patents and in the design and fashion sectors, the Firm has also developed a practice dedicated to New Technologies.
Sena & Partners assists both national and international companies, having also close and constant relationships with lawyers from all European countries, in particular from France, England, Belgium, Germany and Spain, as well as the United States. More recently, it has developed collaborations with professionals operating in recently established markets, such as China, so as to be able to offer adequate assistance to Italian and European companies in these territories.
