With great pleasure, our Elisabetta Berti Arnoaldi attended yesterday’s event, “AI & IP: challenges and opportunities in the fight against counterfeiting and for the protection of Made in Italy”, organised by INDICAM at the Chamber of Deputies in Rome. The presentations offered valuable insights into the role of artificial intelligence in enhancing companies’ intangible assets, as well as in the adoption of increasingly effective protection tools. This topic is highly relevant today and continues to spark new reflections on how to manage the impact of AI to ensure comprehensive protection of the Made in Italy heritage.

In this context, intellectual property plays an absolutely central role.
